The products that we offer to our customers can be categorised in two groups : Measuring Instruments and Ball Cages 1. Measuring Instruments The measuring instruments are Mechanical Comparators for checking bearing components like inner and outer rings ,balls,rollers, etc. One can check outside and inside diameters, three point ovality, squareness of diameter to end face, wall thickness, heights, tapers and also combinations of these measurements. Another important area is checking of internal recesses and grooves for positioning of the groove and groove dimensions. One can also check various parameters of assembled bearings like Radial clearance in ball bearings, Total height of Taper Roller Bearings etc. The comparators can be used for 100 % inspection, sample inspection, pre-assembly segregation and matching of parts and many other applications. The measuring instruments can be used with Mikrokators or dial indicators depending on required accuracy. These gauges are successfully used in checking various automobile components. Special accessories can be developed for specific applications. 2. Ball cages We manufacture two types of cages. One type is manufactured from sheet metal and the other type are moulded from Nylon. Both types use graded ball bearing balls. The cages are custom made.The press tools or the moulds needed are our own design. We have our own fully equipped tool room and inspection room to ensure quality of the tools. The ball cages supplied by us are used in steering columns of Scooters, (Motorised Two Wheelers), Motorcycles and Autorickshaws (Motorised three wheelers) by Original Eqipment (OE) manufacturers. |
